The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example - names, job titles, company names, trading addresses, companies house registration information, VAT numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, social media links). We also use Google Analytics to monitor number of visitors to our site, geographic location, browser and display platform.Google Analytics data is anonymous - we do not receive any personal contact details, names or addresses through that service.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
You placed an enquiry or order with you
You expressed an interest in our services
You signed up to our mailing list
You gave us your business card
Google Analytics recorded your visit to our website
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
Raise quotations and invoices
Send you information about our services (including mailing list content if you have opted in)
We may share this information with a subcontracted freelancer or creative business assigned to work on a project you commission with us. We will never share our mailing list with any other business, any information shared will be purely for production purposes only.
